1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jaya66. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by jaya66 (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

jaya66 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and jaya66 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By clicking any "I Accept" or "I Agree" button during registration, or by accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account you create and maintain with jaya66 to access Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds (in Indonesian Rupiah) available in your Account for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake you place on games, sports betting markets, or other gambling activities offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentives offered by jaya66 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds you transfer to your Account from your bank account, e-wallet, or other approved payment method.
• "Platform" means the jaya66 website accessible at https://jaya66.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who registers for and uses the Platform services.
• "Withdrawal" means funds you transfer from your Account Balance to your bank account or other approved payment method.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal age of majority in Indonesia and the minimum age we enforce for all users regardless of jurisdiction. jaya66 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You represent that you are not under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.
3. Jurisdiction: You acknowledge that online gambling exists in a legal grey area in Indonesia. The Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address online betting from offshore platforms. jaya66 operates under international gaming licenses and our servers are located outside Indonesia. We are not licensed by Indonesian government authorities. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account Policy: You are permitted to maintain only one Account with jaya66. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and funds may be confiscated.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You represent that you are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on jaya66 or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by creating a new account.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify jaya66 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public computers
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by the Platform

You are liable for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you authorized such activities. jaya66 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account unless such unauthorized use is directly caused by our negligence.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jaya66 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and verify player identities. Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter at our discretion, we may require you to provide:

• Clear color photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport
• Proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Additional documentation if requested by our compliance team

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time to ensure account security and regulatory compliance.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jaya66 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may be delayed until the next business day. jaya66 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals can be requested to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you made your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though we may process large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) in multiple installments for security reasons.

Withdrawal processing times average 10-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals require KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours for document review. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends are typically processed within 2-4 hours. jaya66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If you have claimed any bonus, you must meet all wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. jaya66 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for withdrawals on accounts with minimal or no wagering activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jaya66 may offer bonuses, promotions, and incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) ranging from 10x to 50x the bonus amount. You must wager the required amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet allowed per game round is typically Rp 10,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within a specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days from bonus credit). Unused or partially wagered bonuses will expire after this period.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any time. You cannot combine multiple bonuses or claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Abuse Prevention: jaya66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that a player is engaging in bonus abuse (including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players).

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the jaya66 Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or jaya66.

Each game has specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages that are accessible within the game information panel. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. jaya66 is not responsible for losses resulting from misunderstanding game rules.

Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, jaya66 follows industry-standard settlement rules. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports authority. If a sporting event is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours. If the event does not occur within 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes are returned. In the event of obvious errors in odds (commonly known as "palpable errors"), jaya66 reserves the right to void affected bets even after settlement.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya66 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets; creating accounts with false identity information; using VPNs or proxy servers to conceal your location or circumvent restrictions; engaging in any form of payment fraud.
2. Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploiting software bugs or errors for profit; engaging in any form of chip dumping or money transfer between accounts.
3. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds from illegal sources; making deposits and withdrawals with minimal or no wagering activity; transferring funds to or from third-party accounts.
4. Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person; allowing others to use your account; accessing accounts belonging to other players.
5. Abusive Behavior: Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward other players or customer support staff; harassing other users; spamming chat functions.
6. Jurisdictional Violations: Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited; using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions.

If jaya66 determines that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, void any bets, forfeit your account balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities if legally required.

9. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JAYA66 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar malicious code transmitted to or through the Platform by third parties;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform;
• The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

jaya66's maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

jaya66 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Platform. The Platform may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damages resulting from such problems.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by jaya66

jaya66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority;
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account;
• You are found to be underage (under 21 years old);
• You fail to provide requested KYC verification documents;
• You have self-excluded from gambling but attempt to reopen an Account.

Upon termination for breach of Terms, jaya66 may confiscate your Account balance and any pending winnings. If your Account is terminated for reasons not related to a breach, we will return your deposited funds (excluding bonuses and associated winnings) after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

10.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your Account balance. If you have active wagering requirements or pending bets, you must either complete them or forfeit them before account closure. Account closure may take up to 7 business days to process.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

If you do not log in to your Account for a period of 12 consecutive months, your Account will be classified as dormant. jaya66 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jaya66 is licensed and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

11.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact jaya66 customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal complaint process.

11.2 Escalation

If the internal complaint process does not resolve your dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team by sending a written complaint via email to [email protected] with "DISPUTE ESCALATION" in the subject line. We will review escalated disputes within 14 business days and provide a final written decision.

11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If the internal and escalated complaint processes do not resolve the dispute, you may submit the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service if available in our licensing jurisdiction. Details of applicable ADR services can be obtained from customer support.
